1. How long will it take to ship my order?

We typically ship your order within 7–10 business days after receiving it.

Once your item is ready, we will send you a tracking number so you can follow your package.

2. Can I return or exchange my order?

Because our products are custom-made, we unfortunately do not accept returns or exchanges.

If there are any defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and correct it. We have a no-argument policy for damaged, lost, or incorrect items.

3. Can I customize the product?

Currently, you can choose your favorite F1 circuit from our available options.

At this time, we do not support other types of customizations (such as size, color, or personalized logos).

5. What materials are used for the lightboxes?

Our lightboxes are 3D printed using eco-friendly PLA (Polylactic Acid), a sustainable and biodegradable material made from renewable resources like corn starch and sugarcane.

This allows us to create durable, high-quality products while minimizing environmental impact.

Each lightbox is fitted with energy-efficient LED lighting, ensuring both longevity and low power consumption.
